Can be configured with drum line, belt line or vacuum suction platform to prevent workpiece displacement and warping.
2、 Automatic positioning and correction
The workpiece is automatically detected and positioned through photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, or laser probes.
The system automatically adjusts the height, width, and start stop position of the glue nozzle based on the size and position of the workpiece.
Automatically correct deformed and offset workpieces to ensure the correct adhesive application area.
3、 Supply of glue and pre-treatment of glue solution
The glue supply system is started, and A/B glue or single component glue solution is stably output through a metering pump and a stabilizing system.
If heating is required, the temperature control system automatically heats the adhesive to the set temperature to ensure stable viscosity.
The system monitors pressure, flow rate, and ratio in real-time, and automatically alarms and shuts down in case of abnormalities.
4、 Servo glue coating (core process)
The glue nozzle moves or is fixed under servo control, forming a continuous and uniform glue curtain/curtain.
The conveying speed is synchronized with the adhesive output through servo linkage, ensuring consistent adhesive coating on the surface of the workpiece, without breakage or stacking.
It can achieve processes such as single-sided adhesive coating, double-sided adhesive coating, edge control adhesive, and local thickening.
5、 Residual rubber recycling and filtration
Excess adhesive liquid falls into the adhesive tray and is automatically recovered through the reflux system.
After filtering and removing bubbles, the recycled glue solution is reintroduced into the glue supply system to improve utilization and reduce consumable costs.
