1、 Overall structural composition
      The complete set of double tube screw valves is a parallel integration of two independent volumetric screw metering units, with the core divided into five modules:
Dual servo drive unit: A glue and B glue are each equipped with an independent servo motor and reducer, which do not interfere with each other;
      Screw metering pump core: eccentric stainless steel rotor+elastic FFKM/PU stator, meshing to form a closed volume chamber;
      Dual channel glue inlet valve body: A and B independent glue inlet ports and independent flow channels;
      Confluence mixing module: Two adhesive liquids converge and are connected to a static mixing pipe;
      Auxiliary functional components: suction structure, leak proof valve, optional refrigeration and temperature control, pressure sensing module.
2、 Core Basic Measurement Principles (Single Screw Pump Volume Conveying Logic)
      The rotor is an eccentric spiral shaft, and the stator is an inner spiral elastic bushing. The two are precisely engaged and continuously generate a series of closed independent sealed chambers during rotation:
      The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed, and the sealing chamber moves axially from the feeding end to the dispensing end;
      Each cavity has a fixed volume, and the number of rotations equals the correct volume of adhesive solution being transported. The speed determines the instantaneous flow rate;
      Volumetric conveying is not affected by fluctuations in gas source pressure and adhesive viscosity, and the dispensing repeatability accuracy can reach within ± 1%;
Reverse rotation of the rotor can achieve suction and breakage of the glue, and the needle glue can be pulled back at the moment of shutdown to prevent dripping and drawing.
3、 Complete workflow of two-component ratio and synchronous adhesive supply
1. Stable feeding and conveying
      The pressure bucket/pump sends adhesive A and B into the feeding ports of the left and right screw valves respectively, and the feeding pressure of the two channels can be adjusted separately; High viscosity glue is paired with a cylinder pressurized feeding bucket to avoid weak suction of the feed.
2. Independent servo ratio control (core differentiation)
      Two sets of screws are completely independently driven, and the ratio is not determined by the fixed flow channel size, but by the stepless adjustment of the motor speed ratio:
      Controller input ratio (such as 1:1, 2:1, 10:1), the system automatically converts A and B servo speeds;
      Example: If the ratio is 2:1, then the speed of motor A is equal to the speed of motor B multiplied by 2, and the volume of adhesive produced by A per unit time is twice that of B;
      Full cycle closed-loop pulse control, speed counting, single point micro dispensing can reach 0.004ml.
3. Synchronous extrusion convergence mixing
      Two screws rotate synchronously in the forward direction, and A and B adhesives are extruded simultaneously according to the set volume ratio. They converge at the bottom of the valve body and then enter the static spiral mixing tube. Multiple layers of blades are cut and layered to achieve uniform fusion;
      High flow models can be equipped with a bypass compensation circuit, which automatically corrects the mixing ratio when there is pressure imbalance, avoiding mixing ratio deviation and scrapped workpieces.
4. Shutdown, suction and leakage prevention
      Glue dispensing end signal triggered: The servo momentarily reverses slightly, the screw cavity volume briefly expands, and the colloid at the needle is pulled back by negative pressure; Combined with the dual sealing of the end leak valve, it can stand by for a long time without dripping glue or blocking the needle.
4、 Key auxiliary temperature control/protection principle (adapted to dual liquid curing characteristics)
1. Electronic refrigeration module (standard)
      After mixing with AB glue, it will solidify at room temperature. Semiconductor refrigeration is installed in the mixing tube and manifold to slow down the solidification speed of the glue solution at low temperatures, prevent blockage inside the mixing tube, and extend the continuous cleaning cycle;
2. Matching of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials
      Rotor: 304 stainless steel/zirconia ceramic (with filled particle epoxy, polyurethane wear-resistant); Stator: FFKM perfluororubber, strong acid resistant and corrosion-resistant dual liquid adhesive, with minimal long-term swelling and deformation.
5、 Classification of operating modes
      Fixed point quantitative dispensing: Set the number of motor rotations to produce a fixed volume of adhesive, suitable for component sealing and chip filling;
      Constant speed continuous coating: outputting uniform flow rate at a constant speed, suitable for frame sealing and flat coating;
      Pressure closed-loop compensation: Real time collection of inlet and outlet rubber pressure sensors, automatic adjustment of speed when feeding pressure fluctuates, stable ratio and rubber output.
